The Magic Food Bus is a chef-owned counter and food truck run by a husband-and-wife team with 35 years of combined professional kitchen experience. After five years cooking from a converted school bus at breweries, wineries, and events across Colorado's Front Range, the bus found a permanent home in 2025 inside Relish Food Hall & Pickleball in Louisville, CO. Everything is made from scratch: Colorado angus beef formed by hand, house-made sauces, and sous-vide-then-fried chicken.
